Harley Davidson CVO Pro Street Breakout With Throttle by Wire With Big Twin Engine With Stock Fuel System 2016, Stealth Air Cleaner Kit without Cover by S&S Cycle®. For the rider who likes to go fast, but doesn't like to advertise. Air directional stinger cone in the filter. Increased filter area, combined with an air horn like radiused inlet and unique S&S® stinger cone result in smoother faster air flow for more power. This kit does not include an air cleaner cover. Can be run without a cover, or for a sleeper look, a stock 1999-later big twin air cleaner cover may be used. For a little more style and a high peformance look, S&S® offers a number of good looking covers. Kit includes back plate, filter element, top cover, hardware, and instructions.

Limited Warranty for EXHAUST SYSTEMS AND COMPONENTS

S&S Cycle, Inc. (the “Company”) warrants to the original purchaser that each new product manufactured and assembled by the Company will be free, under normal use and maintenance, from significant manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year, subject to the following exceptions, exclusions, obligations, and limitations. All warranty periods shall begin from the date of purchase by the original retail customer or date of installation, whichever comes first.

Limited Warranty for COMPLETE FACTORY-ASSEMBLED ENGINES

S&S Cycle, Inc. (the “Company”) warrants to the original purchaser that each new product manufactured and assembled by the Company will be free, under normal use and maintenance, from significant manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years (KN and T143 Engines one (1) year limited warranty), subject to the following exceptions, exclusions, obligations, and limitations. All warranty periods shall begin from the date of purchase by the original retail customer or one year from date of manufacture, whichever comes first.

THE COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE.

Some states and countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Limited Warranty for STANDARD PARTS

S&S® Cycle, Incorporated (the “Company”) warrants these parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If the parts become defective during the warranty coverage period, the Company will, at its option, repair or replace any, or all, defective parts. Repair or replacement of defective parts is the sole and exclusive remedy. The warranty coverage remains in force for a period of twelve (12) months from the date that the original Consumer Purchaser buys the parts.

Electrical and electronic components are covered by a warranty duration of six (6) months. However, warranty coverage will automatically terminate if the original Purchaser sells or otherwise transfers all or any portion of the purchased parts.
