But still, it's better to be aware of some aspects before selecting the right equipment for your bike. First, you need to know your battery's voltage (6 or 12V) and type (flooded or not). If it's flooded, you may need to check the level of the liquid and probably add distilled water. When being charged, no battery should be hot to the touch.
