Graves Motorsports strives to produce products with the highest quality and performance in the industry. Graves Motorsports products are produced for the purpose of racing, therefore there is no warranty written or implied on any products made or sold by Graves Motorsports. All descriptions given by Graves Motorsports as to function are for reference only and are not a guarantee. Graves Motorsports will not assume any responsibility for personal injury, labor, or other injury arising out of the use of any product Graves Motorsports manufactures or sells. Graves Motorsports shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation, or use of these products. By purchasing or installing the product, the buyer agrees to all of these terms. If a problem arises that is questionable, Graves Motorsports may ask that the item be sent back for evaluation. If in the opinion of Graves Motorsports an adjustment should be made, Graves Motorsports will either repair or offer assistance in solving the problem. The use of Graves Motorsports products is at the sole discretion of the buyer.
