Sprocket Shaft Nuts by JIMS®. Thread: 3/4"-18. In an increasing demand for quality and durability with crank pin, sprocket and pinion shaft nuts, JIMS have been able to exceed JIMS own high standards by maintaining the pitch diameter perpendicular to the face within .0002" (Which is 40% better than JIMS previous .0005" tolerance!). Not only is this mandatory for pulling the shafts and crank pin straight into the flywheels, but it also ensures that both nut and flywheel faces are perfectly parallel, facilitating perfect contact. All of this translates into simplifying the truing process and maintaining essential flywheel integrity! All of JIMS nuts are high performance CNC machined for uses ranging from stock motors, to top fuel and drag bike applications. This top-grade product is expertly made in compliance with stringent industry standards to offer a fusion of a well-balanced design and high level of craftsmanship. Manufactured from industry-leading materials using up-to-date equipment, it ensures everlasting reliability and enduring value. This product is distinguished by total quality assurance, unsurpassed by anybody else.
JIMS® is familiar with critical and tight tolerances. Their parts are used and trusted worldwide, on a daily basis, in critical working assemblies. A very unique talent that JIMS has under their roof is their experience with combustion engine development and manual transmissions. JIMS has developed several motorcycle engines and transmissions and produced these products in the thousands. From ground-pounding burnouts, and high-revving scenarios, to everyday commuting, these parts are put to the test before ever being offered for sale.
