Chain Roller

Outlaw Racing® OR3080BK - Chain Roller

The chain roller works fine. The picture and description are not accurate. I ordered this chain roller specifically because of the hardware shown in the picture and stated as included in the description because the bolt was gone because the person I bought my quad from didn't ever replace the rollers and let the chain eat through the bolt until it was completely gone. This chain roller does not come with bearings or bolt hardware as pictured and stated in the description. If I had received what I ordered it would have been an easy install for me, but instead I had to go and look for parts to make it work. If you only need the roller without any hardware then this is just fine. Just don't expect it to come to you with bearings and hardware like they misleadingly sell it.

I have no complaints about the product itself and the cost of the product. My complaint is about the shipping cost. When I ordered the product online and then hit the button for the purchase I realized that the shipping cost was almost twice the cost of the product itself. I found this to be outrageous and unacceptable. I also want to say it was my fault that I purchase it without carefully reviewing the total cost on the order. I also want to note that in the your correspondence about the return procedure that I would be issued a complete refund and that I didn't have to return the item. Thank you, but if I had to I would of gladly returned the item if instructed to do so. I also want to note that your service representative who help me with my displeasure was very understanding and professional.
