Limited Warranty Statement for details specific to the SoundOff Signal Warranty

In the event that a defective product falls within the guidelines of SoundOff Signal’s Limited Warranty Statement and Product Warranty List, the product may be returned for repair or may be replaced at the discretion of SoundOff Signal.

The SoundOff Signal Warranty covers all products that do not work properly because of material defects or due to faulty workmanship, subject to the terms of this Warranty Statement. This warranty applies only to the product that has been installed according to the manufacturer’s installation instructions, operated within the proper specifications, not subject to abuse or misuse or excessive voltages and not altered and as to which a date code tag, product sticker, seal or the like, that was applied by the manufacturer, has been removed or altered. SoundOff Signal retains the sole right to determine what constitutes a defect in performance or manufacturing.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Each warranty claim must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase. If the customer returns a defective product during the warranty period for the product and if SoundOff Signal determines that the product is defective, then SoundOff Signal will, at its option, either repair or replace the defective product.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

SoundOff Signal will not be liable to the purchaser or anyone else for incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, indirect, or punitive damages arising from any defect, including but not limited to, personal injury, death, property damage, lost profits, or other economic injury.

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any action arising out of or relating to this warranty shall be brought in any federal or state court located in the State of Michigan and having jurisdiction of the subject matter.

For specific product warranty details, review the Product Warranty List that is inclusive of all current and active products. If a product is not listed, it may be due to the product discontinuance. If discontinued, SoundOff Signal will continue to honor the warranty for such product providing it falls within the guidelines of SoundOff Signal’s Limited Warranty Statement or Product Warranty List.

Service Parts and Accessories Warranty

A two-year warranty duration is provided for all service parts. The warranty duration for an accessory is the same as the warranty duration of the product the accessory is intended to be used with.
